Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques, or NAET, is a non-invasive, drug free, all natural solution to manage allergies of all types and intensities using a blend of acupuncture, allopathy, nutritional, and kinesiological techniques.
Research on NAET has had very promising results. In one study on NAET, approximately two-thirds of the sample group experienced resolution of symptoms within the first 15 - 25 visits. Another study found that NAET has promise to be effective for anaphylaxis symptoms.
Dr. Kim is one of the few NAET practitioners in Central Florida.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, “when the body is in perfect balance, no disease is possible.” In TCM principles, disease is viewed as being caused by disturbances in the body’s homeostasis. Allergens can cause such disturbances. Thankfully, acupuncture can help. By stimulating specific points on the body, we can address energy blockages along the energy pathways, known as meridians. In this way, acupuncture restores balance and homeostasis, while supporting the body’s innate healing capabilities.
Through the body’s network of brain, cranial, autonomic, and spinal nerves, vital energy circulates through the body carrying messages from the brain to each cell in the body, and then back to the brain. These messages can be both positive and negative. “Knowledge of the nervous system, its origin, travel pathway, the organs and tissues that will benefit from its nerve energy supplies (target organs and tissues) and its destination, helps us to understand the energy distribution of particular spinal nerves that emerge from the 31 pairs of spinal nerve roots.”
Kinesiology is the science of human body movement. With regards to NAET, kinesiology is used to compare muscular strength and weakness in the presence an absence of specific substances. This method can be used to detect allergens.
Nutrition is the foundation of our health. While there are basic do’s and don’t’s that most people would benefit from following, when it comes to allergens, each person has different “right” and “wrong” foods. Our body tells us what foods aren’t right for us via symptoms like bloating, indigestion, and other issues. Unfortunately, when someone is struggling with an allergy they may actually find it more difficulty to eat nutritious foods than unhealthy ones. However, after clearing those allergies the body will be able to properly assimilate healthy foods.
